REEGo design lab

Every screen in the UI with sample data. Nothing here touches a real backend; it exists so we can judge the design before we build it.

Background
Applies across the whole site while you browse — creamy paper vs clean white.
Homepage review Hero, portals (Designers → Market Place → Lookbook — the world order, owner 2026-08-01), rows, GTP ad banner, seasonal banner. Sections are slots: anything without content drops out (Workstream H). Challenges is deferred, so no challenge is ever live: the hero slot runs the sponsored card and the winner banner stays out (WFD-1). DB-backed since WFD-6: the Top-looks and Designers-to-watch rails and all three portals read real rows and drop with the slot law; Picked-for-you renders only a signed-in visitor's stated preferences matched exactly — otherwise the rail is absent
Homepage - quiet week review Workstream H - no challenge running: hero slot runs a sponsored designer card, winner banner drops out. Since WFD-1 deferred Challenges this is also the default homepage state; the override stays for the design lab. Rails read real rows since WFD-6
Homepage - Lookbook off review Workstream H - Lookbook switched off: two portals stretch to fill the row, look rails drop out. Since WFD-6 the same happens honestly when a world has no browsable content (the off override still forces a full world off for the design lab)
Menu overlay review Click Menu in the header - full-screen ink takeover, also the mobile nav. Worlds run Designers → Market Place → Lookbook (owner 2026-08-01); the deferred Challenges world and its Winners wall link are out (owner 2026-07-25, applied WFD-1). Signed in, the foot gains JS-injected entries (WFD-4): My orders for every account, The Studio when the server confirms a designer — or, since WFD-8 (one home), a seller
Brand colors review Kente Gold chosen 2026-07-05; page kept for reference
Lookbook feed review WFD-3 - real looks from Postgres (the wedge feed's visibility rules), occasion chips from the seeded table, Made-by designer link on every card, real like counts through the reaction endpoint; comment counts removed (public commenting deferred). Open posting is deferred (owner 2026-07-25, applied WFD-1): the hero carries a quiet coming-soon note where the Post-your-look button sat
Designers directory review Specialty filters, designer cards, portfolio carousels. DB-backed since WFD-2: real designers with the wedge trust line folded in; missing avatars render a monogram
Market grid review Category filters, product cards with price and seller
Join: account type chooser review Workstream A - three combinable role cards, adaptive Continue, social buttons
Join: phone + OTP review Workstream A - phone entry then six OTP boxes; any 6 digits pass
Join: email + password review Workstream A - email pass-through sign up
Sign in review Workstream A - phone/email toggle plus social buttons
Onboarding: business setup review Workstream A - shop name, specialties, location, cycle time, page-is-live
Onboarding: customer preferences review Workstream A - occasions, styles, city; stored in sessionStorage
Dashboard (role-aware) review Workstream E, refolded by WFD-8 (owner decision 4 reversed: one home). The managers moved into the Studio and a signed-in designer or seller is handed straight to /wedge/studio/ - this page no longer has a maker mode. What renders here: the signed-out guest prompt (this URL, the lab's state) and the signed-in shopper's Closet pointer; the stale Vote-in-the-challenge CTA is resolved (Challenges stays deferred)
Look detail review WFD-3 - a real look: monogram poster avatar, Made by link with the verified badge on tracked-job looks, real likes (signed-out taps route to sign-in), related looks, double-tap heart burst, save-to-Closet, share, flag; comment thread removed (public commenting deferred); unknown ids land on the branded 404 like the designer profile (the wave's one not-found law, so this URL 404s on an empty DB)
Post composer review Deferred (owner 2026-07-25, applied WFD-1) - open posting is out: the modal composer is retired from the page and the Lookbook hero carries the coming-soon note in its place. _composer.html stays on disk, unrendered, for the future build
Challenges: hero + swipe voting deck review Deferred (owner 2026-07-25, applied WFD-1) - the URL serves the branded coming-soon state; the Workstream C voting-deck demo is unrendered (challenges.html stays on disk for the future build)
Winners wall review Deferred (owner 2026-07-25, applied WFD-1) - the URL serves the branded coming-soon state; the Workstream C winners-grid demo is unrendered (challenge_winners.html stays on disk for the future build)
Designer profile review Workstream D - highlight, portfolio lightbox, about, specialties, map, WhatsApp/call, request a design. DB-backed since WFD-2: trust line folded in, unknown ids land on the branded 404 (so this URL 404s on an empty DB). WFD-4: both request-a-design affordances open the real wedge wizard with the designer attributed - the pass-through preview form (and its fake Sent state) is retired. WFD-5: the favorites stat is retired - saves are real but private (owner 2026-08-03), no public surface prints a save count; the Save heart toggles a real row (signed out it routes to sign-in)
Product detail review Workstream D - image gallery, price, description, seller card, related products
Seller profile review Workstream D - shop header, location, contact, all listings
Account: the Closet review Workstream F - DB-backed since WFD-5: the saved Looks / Designers / Products tabs render the signed-in user's real saves server-side, most recent first (saves are private - owner 2026-08-03); designed empty states server-drawn when a tab is empty or the visitor is signed out; sessionStorage (reegoCloset) retired; preferences, challenge entries and the W5-3 My orders section unchanged
About REEGo review Static - what REEGo is, the three worlds, subscriptions not commissions
Community rules review Static - likes, the not-fashion flag, challenge fairness
Contact review Static - emails plus a pass-through message form
Advertise review Static - ad banner slots (the GTP banner as example) and featured placement pitch
Search results review Workstream G - grouped results across looks, designers, products; suggestion chips; empty state. DB-backed since WFD-6: real rows under the same visibility law as browsing (hidden content is never findable); no match renders the designed empty state
404 page review Workstream G - branded not-found (any unknown URL lands here)
The pitch deck review In-app presentation - 8 slides: problem, idea, flywheel, worlds, business model, demo roadmap; arrow keys or buttons to navigate
Wedge · Home review Wedge demo - tagged-look hero, occasion tiles, tagged looks + trusted designers rails, for-designers band. Not adopted as the homepage (Workstream H)
Wedge · Looks feed review Wedge demo - occasion filter chips, look cards with tagged-designer chip + verified badge on tracked-job looks
Wedge · Look detail review Wedge demo - made-by card, request-from-this-look CTA carrying attribution, like/save/share, poster style-scout stat
Wedge · Designers directory review Wedge demo - specialty chips, trust line on every card, New-on-REEGo state instead of zero ledgers
Wedge · Designer profile review Wedge demo - trust ledger with tap-through evidence, fit/deadline reviews, verified portfolio, capacity line, request CTA, WhatsApp/call
Wedge · Request flow review Wedge demo - stepped wizard: occasion/deadline/budget, inspiration attach, measurement form rendered from the form dict, contact + delivery, confirmation with tracking code
Wedge · Order tracking review Wedge demo - making + delivery tracks kept distinct, Swift Line Couriers handoff, post-your-look prompt
Wedge · For designers review Wedge demo - story pitch, referral loop, trust ledger explainer, pricing with 30-day trial + quarterly default, the 0% line
Wedge · The Studio review Wedge demo - monthly recap card money-first with per-look attribution, enquiries inbox with source looks, jobs board, trial card. Since WFD-8 (one home) this is the maker's ONE home: the dashboard's portfolio manager sits under the jobs board and a seller mode exists - a seller who is not a designer gets their own surface (shop header + listings manager), never a designer's. Both manager modes need a signed-in profile-holder, so the lab shows the signed-out designer tour (the seller mode is a lab blind spot like the picked rail - verify signed in)
Wedge · Client book review Wedge demo - clients with saved measurements, order history, notes
Wedge · Job detail review Wedge demo - status updater (persists in the browser), courier pickup with pass-through fee, measurements attached, completion look-post prompt
Wedge · Enquiry thread review Wedge demo screen 14 - buyer/designer thread with source-look chip + image attachment; designer quotes price + timeline, buyer accepts, it becomes the job's value
Wedge · Paywall review Wedge demo screen 13 - trial-ending conversion: recap money-first, quarterly-default plan choice, one-tap fake-Paystack confirm, deactivate-don't-delete
Wedge · Form editor review Wedge demo - add/remove/reorder fields with live preview rendered from the definitions; last in the walkthrough by design
Console · Overview review W7-0 (Workstream I) - the owner console, designed before the wave that builds it. The REEGO_WEDGE 6.1 pilot gate table as the hero with monochrome meters, then signups/requests/jobs/listings/MRR and a week-or-month series, then the three things that need him today. Sample content until W7-2 swaps the source. W7-1: all seven routes are owner-gated - signed-out lab visitors land on sign-in, and only a grant_owner account gets through
Console · Designers & sellers review W7-0 - the cohort book: search and filter, then per person the concierge visit, capacity, subscription state and slots used. Opening a row reveals the actions; Suspend opens the flow whose reason and note are both mandatory - the notice writes itself as you type and the button stays disabled until it reads properly
Console · Moderation review W7-0 - the FlagReport queue across three tabs (waiting / hidden / dismissed) and the four reasons (not fashion, abuse, counterfeit, spam). Hide is a two-step: the confirm panel shows the exact notice the poster will read. Hidden items carry the restore promise - back byte-identical, hiding never edits
Console · Plans & billing review W7-0 - the three seeded plans with editable prices (quarterly marked default), trial length and renewal grace, promo codes with redemption meters and a create panel, and the billing-frame A/B with both arms scored. Edits gather and save together, so one save is one audit entry
Console · Catalog review W7-0 - specialties, occasions and market categories with usage counts, reorder, rename and hide-never-delete; then the Workstream H world and section switches, each saying whether it is actually showing (a switch is permission, content is still the trigger)
Console · Platform review W7-0 - every PlatformSettings knob by its real field name, grouped, with what it does and who last moved it. The two billing values point at the billing screen rather than offering a second door. Providers are read-only by design: dotted paths stay .env-driven and the screen says why
Console · Audit log review W7-0 - actor, action, object and the field diffs (old struck through, new in ink), searchable and filterable by area. Append-only: nothing on the screen edits anything, and secrets are shown already masked
